As much as this sounds Crazy Low voltage is Classed as usually less than 600volts ac between conductor and earth and 1000volts ac between phases (mains voltage).

Raise the alarm, call for help from colleagues and a first aider.

Switch power off at mains.

Call an ambulance.

Insulate yourself from the ground with books/newspaper/rubber mats etc.

Remove any power tools, cables etc. still in contact with the casualty using an object of low conductivity like a wooden broom or chair.

If it is safe, attempt to push/pull the casualty away from the conductor using a low conductivity object.

Check the person is conscious.

If the person is not breathing, attempt CPR, if you are trained to do so.
